The IELTS requirements for the IFP and IFY September start dates
We have also included information about alternative language tests that we accept. Some of these are Secure English Language Tests (SELTS) required for a Student visa for studying in the UK and some are non-SELTS.

The IELTS requirements for the IFP and IFY January start dates
The requirements are the same as listed above for the Business, Management and Finance Pathway, and the Social Sciences and Art Pathway.
The Science and Mathematics Pathway can only be studied on the IFP and IFY September start programme.
Secure English Language Tests (SELTS) accepted for a Student visa
To study on campus in the UK at the Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµ you will need a Student visa and for the one-year IFP this requires a Secure English Language Test (SELT). Other SELTS are:
- LanguageCert International ESOL
- Trinity Integrated Skills in English (ISE) UKVI
- Pearson PTE (Academic) UKVI
The English Language entry requirements for the IFP require achieving the equivalent score in the above tests to the required IELTS scores above.
